Few Days Left Of Spring In Wisconsin What's The Rush ?

The World Is Spinning - Days Are Flying By
Spring is Sprung
Birds are nesting,
Natures gift to us all.

A Very Double Pink Peonies

White Double Peonie just after a nice calm spring rain.
Single Peonies with Open Petals

This Peonie has a very full center with single Peonie petals.

Peonies have always been a favorite of mine.  My mom had rows of peonies edging our large Lake home's driveway.  I have been adding Peonies to my many gardens for the last 30 years that we have lived here.  There are so many different kinds available.

Peonies Still The Show
On A Beautiful
Spring
Day !

I can't walk by without stopping to gaze upon the intricate design my Great God has created.  The many, many petals in this gorgeous Peonies, is complimented with the other more subtle lupine and white daisies.  Along side of it are many buds covered with ants that are doing their job preparing another wonder of nature to unfold.  Spring has sprung and there is no stopping it!  The pages of the calendar flip over faster than I can handle.  I want to put on the brakes and hold June in Wisconsin forever. Instead I head out and soak up that fresh sun and inhale the lovely cool days for July is just around the corner with it's own beautiful show of lilies and Roses.

Peonies share space with many of the Early Perennial Daisies, Iris and Lupines that
are in the birdhouse garden.

Poppies vie for notice also.  Pale pink, Orange, Salmon Colors. add to the festive feeling as I walk in the many gardens.

After a Rain storm with lots of winds, I discovered a redesigned
Poppy looking like an Angle.   I
had to smile when I came across
more of them in the orange colors.
That is what I love about nature,
It is never the same from day to
day.

I started the Poppies from seed many years back when I still had my greenhouses.  Each year I would try something new and order from the garden catalogues.  These Poppies are perennials that come up every Spring.

Iris are blossoming too.  Here is a grand bearded Iris in almost red.

Climatis are beginning to show their lovely colors and this year with the perfect Spring they are huge and vibrant colors.

Surprisingly one day on my walk about in the gardens
I came upon a daylily in bloom.  This is a mini and has
almost a trumpet shape.  A light brown streak on each
one accents the creamy golden color.

A most precious soft pink rose was open when I went out after a short rain fall.  It looked like it had little bubbles lining the outside of the petals.

While sitting here in my computer room typing away I noticed the activity right outside of my window.  I watched for awhile and saw that the birds were Wrens.  Two were busy flying back and forth carrying many little tid bids to the birdhouse and have still continued even with it now turning 6:00 P.M.

Here the little Wren had a peace in its mouth bigger than she was.
The male would sit on top singing his head off as the female brought more and more treasures that would make her nest just right.  Nature at is best.  Produce, build, create, amazing that I can share it all.

Nature constantly revolves around the suns warmth, light, to stay alive.  Just as natures follows through each season, each day and night I know it will be there day after day.  Like my faith in God always being there with the warmth of His light, His Grace, His almighty great Love.  My days begin, and end revolving around His creation of the sun.  I believe and know that as I set my human body to rest as the dusk pulls the shades of night time into my existence, that there will be a tomorrow, a dawn.  I awake refreshed, seeing the dawn gradually pull the nites darkness to light.  I smile as my eyes search the lovely nature surrounding me.  Instead of shadows, images of my daytime begin to exist in full sun.  I know sure as this miracle of life renews, my soul awakens to the new day,  no matter what darkness of yesterdays.  Today is brand new, hope for future light, future warmth of my Great Creator.

Dawn breaking, pushing the shadows of the yesterdays into the light of today.

Dawn bringing light to Nature,  God's Grace seeping into our beings.

Peace my Friends
My
Peace I leave You

So happy you came on by.....

Till the next day
Love
Kate
