Kate, I was browsing through Wisconsin quilting blogs and discovered yours. From this posting I believe we may live not to far from each other. I live in Green Lake County and have many Amish neighbors. I have been sewing since I was 10, am now am retired from a career as a HS English teacher/school librarian. That means I've been sewing a LONG time. I still consider myself a wannabe quilter since I mainly do wall hangings, baby quilts and such. Love your photography.
